The problem we saw

The team
The people behind HigherDev
Co-founder
David brings over a decade of experience in sales and business development, having worked with the UK's largest brands within online marketplaces & digital platforms. Throughout his career, he has partnered with businesses of all sizes, developing a deep understanding of the challenges they face and identifying practical solutions that drive growth, improve efficiency and unlock new opportunities. That work taught him how a website wins customers: what makes people trust a business, what makes them get in touch, and what quietly loses them.
With a passion for emerging technology and the transformative potential of AI, David co-founded HigherDev to make intelligent, innovative digital solutions accessible to businesses of every size. He combines commercial expertise with a problem-solving mindset, taking a hands-on approach to every project, from understanding a client's challenges and shaping the right solution through to implementation and ongoing support.

Hasan brings over five years of experience in business development, enterprise sales and custom software solutions, having worked with organisations across the technology and digital transformation sectors. His experience spans the full software sales lifecycle, from understanding complex business challenges and translating them into technical requirements to shaping tailored solutions that improve efficiency, streamline operations and support business growth.
With a strong interest in artificial intelligence and its practical applications, Hasan has developed hands-on expertise in agentic AI, using intelligent systems to build websites, custom CRM platforms and automated business workflows. He co-founded HigherDev with a clear vision: to bridge the gap between sophisticated technology and the businesses that stand to benefit from it. Combining commercial insight, technical understanding and a passion for innovation, Hasan focuses on delivering accessible, commercially valuable solutions that solve real problems and create lasting impact.
