What we collect and why

Enquiries are saved in our customer system and the founders are notified by email. Please don't send health or patient information through our forms. We don't want it and will delete it.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the website and the business: Google Workspace (email), Cloudflare (website hosting, security and cookie-free analytics), our customer relationship system (hosted on Cloudflare), and Stripe (payments, for clients only). We never sell your data.
Transfers outside the UK
Some providers process data outside the UK. We only use them where the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, an adequacy decision or equivalent protection applies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become a client: 24 months after our last contact, then we delete the personal details. Business contact details we collect ourselves but never contact: 12 months. Client records: as long as we work together, then as long as the law requires for tax and accounts (usually 6 years). Website analytics are aggregated and contain no personal profiles.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time, and ask for a copy of your data in a portable format. This is free. Email [email protected]. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails to people who have agreed to receive them, including sole traders and partnerships, who the law treats like individuals. Every email has an easy unsubscribe.
Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. See our cookie policy.
